Amanda Beane is a creative leader and photography strategist with more than a decade shaping the visual identity of some of television’s most iconic brands. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Photography at CBS/Paramount, where she rebuilt and led a bi-coastal production team responsible for imagery across 65+ shows annually—from long-running hits like NCIS to global franchises like Love Island USA.

Her career began at Brooks Institute, where she studied portraiture before moving into editorial roles at Playboy and Architectural Digest, guiding teams through the transition from film to digital. At E! Entertainment, she helped drive record-breaking digital growth by negotiating cost-saving contracts, streamlining workflows, and overseeing photo coverage of major cultural events.

Amanda is known for marrying creative vision with operational strategy—whether securing advantageous partnerships, elevating imagery standards, or mentoring the next generation of photographers. She has collaborated with top-tier talent, executives, and creatives while consistently building high-performing teams that deliver both artistic excellence and business impact.

In addition to her executive work, Amanda actively mentors emerging photographers through Diversify Photo, APA, Art Center, The Luupe, and other creative communities. She also consults with photographers and creative teams on production strategy, workflow, and career development.
